President's Message April 2017
Can the things going on in Washington, D.C., get any more divisive? We are certainly experiencing a divide in our Country like never before. I sincerely hope the Republicans can UNITE so we can move forward! Hopefully the R’s can work out a plan to repeal and replace Obamacare that will please both sides and, more importantly, be the very best plan for our citizens. This is what they promised and this is what they should deliver. This week we are also looking to the confirmation of Colorado’s own Neil Gorsuch as the next Supreme Court Justice. Are we going to a “nuclear” option where they reduce a super majority vote from 60 to a simple majority vote of 51? Time will tell but it certainly looks like that is going to happen since the Dems are so afraid of this nominee. I guess Harry Reid will regret the day that the Dems used that option on previous Presidential nominees and judges. If I remember right, we had a simple majority vote when it came to Obamacare. Overall, I believe that President Trump is doing a great job but many of the things he’s doing are not being reported by the MSM . . . are we surprised? Here in Colorado, we have our own uniting to do. With the election of our new CO State GOP Chair on April 1st, Jeff Hays and his team have a lot of work to do to bring everyone together. Jeff won by almost a 2-1 margin so I hope the other candidate’s supporters can see that we have to work together so we can turn Colorado RED in 2018 by putting a Republican back in the Governor’s Mansion. It’s also our chance to increase the number of Republicans in the Legislature. They can’t just leave the Party, sit back and cry in their beer because their guy lost . . . that’s acting like the Dems! UNITE!! Let’s make Colorado and America Great Again!

Yours in Freedom and Liberty,
