We are looking forward to another IN PERSON meeting of Douglas County Republican Women on May 19th.
An overwhelming majority of voters are not impressed by Joe Biden’s first 100 days in office, but that makes no difference to the violent Left who want their favored policies regardless of whether Americans support them or not. The Left seems to know what is better for America, and it is not democracy, it is their progressive policies. We will be subjected to these policies whether they are right for America or not. In just over 100 days Biden has ended programs to curb illegal immigration, delayed or even stopped the deportation of many of those caught illegally entering our nation, and is barring the media and elected officials from touring or photographing the truth about his Immigrant “catch-and-release” programs. Catch-and-release belongs in the trout streams, not in our immigrant program.
And then there is Nancy Pelosi’s H.R. 1 which will dismantle our healthy democratic process. This bill strips states of their constitutional right to determine their own election procedures and gives complete control to the federal government, letting politicians and bureaucrats in DC mandate laws for the states they have never even set foot in. The Left liberal’s plot is to shame prudent state voting reforms so people will support Pelosi’s ‘For The People Act.’
We continue to face one crisis after another caused by the Biden Administration and yet one of the biggest crises that we face is our own internal fighting – we just continue to knock each other off the bicycle.
