We have spent more than a year trying to educate voting Coloradans on the importance of not only their casting their vote, but voting for the candidates that will help restore our State and this Country to what it was when we all inherited it.
Mark Twain said, “If you don’t read the newspaper you are uninformed, if you do read the newspaper you are misinformed”. Our job of educating the voting public has been made more difficult because of the lack of information and the misinformation they receive on a daily basis from all forms of the news media.
It is alarming to think about how much more damage will be done to our country if we don’t send more Republicans to Washington to stop the Democrats’ reckless agenda of higher taxes, more government mandates and record-high spending.
By the date of this meeting, we will know the outcome of those votes and there is no better person to outline to us what happened and why than political analyst Dick Wadhams who will be our speaker at our November meeting.
Regardless of the outcome in the numerous races, we must remember that we must continue to pedal for FREEDOM, and that our Constitution remains the finest document ever written.
